Jumbo Shrimp split and stuffed with savory Blue Crab dressing, wrapped in bacon, napped with herbed butter, then topped with Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheeses and baked. Finished with a white wine and flash broiled.
Two Dozen Cedar Key Clams
Locally grown clams simmered in a rich, garlic butter wine marinara broth, simmered with fresh tomatoes and basil. Served with toasted garlic pannini bread for dunking! M-M-M-M-M

TOADALLY AWESOME SHRIMP PIE
Italian seasoned bread crust, filled with a creamy sauce made with Ricotta, Cream and Parmesan cheeses, spinach, butter, sherry, mushrooms, garlic and Grand Marnier. Then it's topped with plump shrimp and mozzarella cheese and baked to a bubbling finish! Yum! Try a medium 8" for one or as an appetizer for two. A large 12" pie easily serves three or two really hungry folks!

Chopped spinach and artichoke hearts blended with feta cheese, Alfredo sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Served with grilled pita bread.

Large shrimp dredged in fresh coconut and fried to perfection.
